These designs were created with Bernina's Artista Designer, Version 2.0 (.ART format) and converted with the same program to the following formats: .PES, .PEC, .HUS, .PCS, .SEW, .XXX, .PCD.  (In the case of cross stitch designs, these were created using Uli Tessel's cross stitch program then converted to .ART format first.)

The embroidery designs are Copyright 2000 by GCH of Holani.com, but you are free to download and stitch these designs in any way that you choose, on items to keep, to give as gifts or to sell. However the rights to the embroidery designs themselves remain with GCH of Holani.com and you may NOT transfer them to another party by any means (website, email, diskette etc.) or sell them in any form. The embroidery designs may ONLY be downloaded directly from the Holani Embroidery website at http://www.holani.com.

Buying, selling, trading or transferring copies of these embroidery designs is a violation of copyright law.
